1) The aluminum and zinc color steel sheet is rolled pressed in the embossing machine to make the three-dimensional texture;

2) Then comes to forming machine for molding;

3) And the polyurethane is uniformly sprayed on the back of the sheet through the spraying equipment;

4) After spraying polyurethane, the panel enters the laminating machine, and the finished product is produced by constant temperature foaming;

5) After the finished products have passed the inspection by the quality inspection department, they shall be transferred to the finished products to be packaged;

6) Finally, it will be packed by the packaging department and transferred to the finished product warehouse for delivery.
