PRODUCT INSTALLATION
1. Preparation
After sandwich panels and accessories you ordered arrive at the scene, you also need to prepare tools for installing panels and accessories. Including: expansion screws (for concrete and cement brick walls), dovetail nails (for steel structure construction), pistol drills, Air nail gun (not necessary), marker pen, tape measure, rubber hammer, cutter, etc.
2. Install the accessory base.
Before installing sandwich panels, firstly install the accessories. They mainly include the starting parts, closing parts, hemming, center seams, yin and yang corners, etc.;
3. Install the Metal Carved board.
After installing the accessory base, install the first metal carved board from bottom to top. All plates must face downwards with female ports and upwards with male ports. After installing the first plate, fix it on the wall with expansion screws or dovetail nails. The recommended distance between the nails 60 cm.
Align the female port of the second board with the male port of the first board and insert it down tightly. At the same time, tap the interface of the two boards with a rubber mallet to ensure that the connection between the two boards is tight enough. Then use expansion screws or dovetails nails to fix the second board to the wall. Finally install the other boards in the same way. When the wall size is inconsistent with the plate size, you need to measure the corresponding size and continue the installation after cutting.
4. Install the accessory cover.
After installing all the metal carving boards, press the accessory cover plate hard on the base. If it is an accessory of the same material, fix it on the wall with screws, and finally seal it with waterproof glass glue.
