Water absorption: The insulation property of thermal insulation materials decreases sharply in the state of absorption, so the thermal insulation materials used in the project must be of low absorption rate. The current rock wool board, phenolic board, thermal insulation mortar materials are all superabsorbent materials, the actual thermal insulation performance can not reach the theoretical effect.
4. Quality reliability: general thermal insulation materials, fixed size, thermal insulation performance is stable and reliable. For example, the vacuum insulation board can greatly discount the air leakage insulation performance of the board, while the quality of inorganic insulation mortar and polystyrene particle insulation mortar may not be guaranteed due to the uneven preparation of workers on site. Foam cement board and weapon insulation board are easy to be broken on site, and the quality of products cannot be controlled.
5. Construction convenience: The construction technology of exterior wall insulation decorative board is mature, but many new materials do not have the corresponding construction convenience. For example, vacuum insulation board, foam cement board and other boards are difficult to cut, the adaptability of the foundation wall is very low.
