Aluminum-plastic composite panel is a new indoor and outdoor building decoration material that has become popular in China soon. At this stage, there are many well-known brands on the sales market. Good and bad products are uneven, and the product quality is uneven; and because of its unique structure, it is generally difficult for customers to identify the essential quality of the product. Therefore, everyone is obliged to remind customers to pay attention to the following identification methods when purchasing and applying aluminum-plastic panels:
1. See if the surface of the aluminum composite panel is flat and smooth, without wavy lines, bulges, spots, or scratches.
2. Accurately measure whether the aluminum-plastic panel meets the specified requirements, the internal wall panel is 3 mm, and the external wall hanging panel is 4 mm.
3. Folding a corner of the aluminum-plastic panel, it is not PE raw material or adulteration that is easy to break.
4. Burning the raw material in the middle of the aluminum-plastic plate, the real PE is completely ignited, and the doping causes residues after the false ignition.
5. When the grooved sheet metal is bent, check whether the front face is broken.
6. Drop of methyl ethyl ketone to identify the fluorocarbon spray coating of the exterior wall panel, drop of xylene to identify the coating of the interior wall panel, wipe off the test reagent after five minutes to see if it leaks.
The discoloration and fading of the aluminum curtain wall is mainly caused by the improper use of the panels. Aluminum-plastic panels are divided into indoor panels and outdoor panels. The surface coatings of the two types of panels are different. The price of aluminum-plastic panels determines the places where they can be used. Commonly used boards in the room generally have epoxy resin coating on their surface. This type of coating does not fit into the extreme outdoor geographical environment. If used outdoors, it will of course speed up the whole process of embrittlement, resulting in discoloration and fading. As a result, aluminum alloy plates commonly used in engineering projects have suffered serious discoloration and fading.
The key problem of surface deformation and bulging of the aluminum-plastic panel lies in the basic sheet of the aluminum-plastic panel, and the second is the product quality problem of the aluminum-plastic panel itself. High-density fiberboard and human-powered panels will inevitably cause deformation and lead to deformation of aluminum-plastic panels after being gently blown by the wind, wind and sun, and rain when used outdoors. The idealized outdoor rural grassroots raw materials should be treated with anti-rust treatment, and angle iron and galvanized square steel structure should be used as the frame; aluminum alloy profiles are more ideal. The degumming and falling of the aluminum-plastic panels are mainly due to the improper use of adhesives. As an ideal adhesive for outdoor aluminum-plastic panel projects, silicone sealants have unparalleled standards of excellence. In the past, the silicone sealant in my country relied on imports, and its net worth made many people daunting. The glue was used in the room. When used outdoors in unpredictable weather, the sheet would be degummed and fall off.
