BFT wall panels are a safe and environmentally friendly wall-building material with multiple functions, wide application, and easy installation. Properly installing metal engraving panels on a building is very simple and requires only five steps to complete.
1. Preparation stage. After the purchased metal carved board and its accessories are ready, tools for installing the metal carved board and its accessories need to be prepared.
2. Basic treatment. The layered structure of the metal carved board ensures the firmness and flatness of the thermal insulation decorative board itself. Therefore, the base layer should meet the plastering standard, without cracking, falling powder, hollowing, peeling, smooth surface, and vertical elevation. Slight unevenness and roughness of the foundation walls can be adjusted with special mortars.
3. Install the plate. Install the first metal carved panel horizontally from top to bottom. All boards must have female holes facing down and male holes facing up. If the size of the wall is inconsistent with the size of the board, it needs to be measured and cut before proceeding with the installation.
4. Install the accessory cover. After the metal carved plate is installed, the accessory cover is pressed onto the base. If the accessories of the same material are fixed to the wall with screws, seal them with waterproof glass glue.
5. Between the cracks. There should be a 5-10 mm wide joint between the two BFT wall panels. After the mortar on the bottom of the finished board has dried, the joints should be filled with foam, and then the entire joint should be filled with weather-sealed silicone.
